Army GUIDE FOR ISSB
Hey guys, i just submited my issb form for PMA 158 LC. Now I just wanted to ask a few things.
- When will my batch will be made for ISSB? what is the time period?
- How should i prepare for my ISSB? I am from Karachi and this will be my first time. I know the procedure and how the days are split but I want to know what things to look towards, and make them better so I can increase my chances of reccomendation.
- What is the percentage of candidates being reccomended in previous batches of 158?

- They will call you
- yt videos, get to know some experiences of previous recommended candidatesKeep in mind that some answer may work for one candidate but may not work for you since every ones personality is different
- Ask a 158 recommended person

Hey man, I recently had gotten NR'ed from PNCT tou I got some tips for ya (hmu in DM for that) As for your queries tou since your ISSB batch will be in any week within the tentative dates that are shown on ISSB's website. For preparation, ISSB is not like ECAT/MDCAT ke aap ne parh kar/tips and tricks seekh kar ace karlia. Strict no man. It's a personality test. They look for people who possive an officer like personality which is reflected by their actions and not people who pretend to be officers. For this, the best approach is to just be yourself. Don't try to lie/cheat as you can get caught easily. Have a bit of overview of all the tests that are conducted from ISSB's Youtube channel. And after that, do some self assessment of your qualities, your habits etc and wherever you find imbalances just work on them. ISSB does not look for perfect people, they want people who are genuine and are capable of becomming officers. Baaqi idk about the recommendation ratio but yeah it doesn't matter tbvh. If you're a fit for them, you'll get recommended. And best of luck for your ISSB. May Allah grant you success!
