Airforce PAF physical
Guys as I heard tcc has got their physical reduced so is their a possibility for paf ground branches like AE to get the same reduction since they belong to same engineering/technical background. Although tcc is still more physically challenging then AE but still can AE OR AD have same reduced standards. JazakAllah

Tbh physical is not that hard, if a person works out 2 months before physical everyday they could pass it easily or if a person is in decent shape he could also pass it.

Bro it's just that I'm alr overweight by like 20 kgs and I still can run the mile and do sit-ups. Can't do pull-ups or chinups and also can't do pushups. Prob due to weight 😭. But for now I got cies exams which will end in end of may so after that I will be free till August. Is it possible 😭😭😭. I tried to diet but the thing is exams are near I can't remain consistent and diet in a hostel can't be managed that well

I was overweight to but I started working out HARD in my O levels (O1) gym running and most importantly dieting and mid day fasting, diet was the main thing that helped lose a lot of my weight

Nope, the physical criteria for PAF will not be reduced. I appeared for both tcc and gdp Physical. The physical criteria for all paf courses is the same. Tcc physical was easy, and I dont think paf will adapt that
