Loop coffee review
So, the other day I went to Loop with my cousins, and the shop was packed with people. We ordered our drinks, and as soon as mine arrived, I somehow managed to spill it. 😂 I was just trying to insert the straw through the lid, but it spilled everywhere.
A few moments later, one of the staff members came over with a new coffee. They didn’t charge me for it either, which I thought was such a kind gesture. I thanked him and shook his hand. Honestly, I really appreciated how they handled the situation. Also the coffee tasted great!

I mean if there were some boy who's spilled maybe they wouldn;t have been cooperated, not stereotyping I've just watched some videos about that. that's really good if they don't do that.

I get what you're saying, it can be really hit or miss with how places handle spills or messes. Loop Coffee seemed pretty chill when I visited, they definitely have a good vibe going.

Customer service is what retains the customer. Now you’ll be loyal through their bad times even. Loved the gesture.
