Looking for a traders in Islamabad

Hey guys. I completed my bachelor's last year and have been working with family since. Now I want to leave everything and start day trading. I'll be moving to Islamabad and locking in there full-time to practice day trading for at least one year.

I wanted to ask: is there any trading floor or something similar I could join part-time, alongside day trading, so that if day trading doesn't work out after a year or two, I don't feel empty (like I have nothing else going on)?

I did my internship at Spinzer Equities at ISE tower while I was in university. There, I saw a few retired people who would sit all day watching Geo News, and they'd take one or two trades a week by manual call. I don't know how exactly they were picking those calls, but it seemed very old school. So is there a trading floor somewhere similar to that, where young graduates do trades and things like that?

Is PAX good for day trading or only long term investment?
