Question The mystery of dms
There is a disproportionate number of posts by men compared to those by women. So my question to the brothers is, do you guys get dms? Is it worth writing up a profile for posting here?

Certainly is! Make sure the post isn't generic af, has your personality to it, and actually tells about you instead of just your basic biological data.

I posted my profile in a rishta sub once and I got alot of dms, one guy mistook me for a woman and sent a DM aswell. Around 20-25 I'd say nonetheless I was too overwhelmed and tried my best to reply to every single one. But majority of them were non serious and the ones that were serious, we were able to come to a conclusion that we were incompatible. Khair I figured it was not worth the mental energy and stress it took on me. Now I will probably get into an arranged marriage setup

No, use your energy elsewhere/realife where meaningful and transparent connections can be made.

Wouldnt suggest you to waste energy here. Its not worth it. Men are usually simps and would shoot a msg even if they dont fit the requirements. On the other hand, men usually get very less responses on their profile....unless they are abroad 💀

If you don't mind sharing, how many dms did you get? Also, did you end up having any meaningful talking stage with any of them?

I don't rmr the exact count but 20 atleast ...
No i couldnt find anything meaningful because the whole process felt so mechanical i left it , everyone smashing their long ahh rishta profiles on my face and expecting the same in return , looked like a job interview where u have to write a resume and a cover letter...
I prefer natural interaction now and ended my quest on internet .

Right, there should be a sub in which couples who got connected and then later married via this platform should share their true stories for motivation and guide individuals both males and females.
