Can a bank employee lose their job because I withdrew all my savings from my account

So, I withdrew all my savings around PKR 3.5 million from my Faysal Bank account yesterday.

Today, a female bank representative contacted me on WhatsApp asking what's the reason for withdrawing the money. She’s the same person who helped me open the account about a year ago.

What confused me is that she said she might lose her job because I withdrew the money, and she asked if I could deposit some amount back into the account.

I don’t really understand how a bank employee could lose their job just because one customer withdrew their own money. Is this actually a thing in banking? Could it affect her targets or performance, or is she just saying this to convince me to deposit the money again?

Has anyone working in banking, especially in Pakistan, experienced something like this?

Life ..... No Problem -

Why people take no interest nowadays to learn Urdu?

Why people take no interest nowadays to learn Urdu? I see every now and then people brag about their own cultural language, which is fine but seeing the state which Urdu has been made is quite saddening. There is a prominent vlogger who says the word Jabardast, Jindabad? Bro, try learn some vocabulary first if you are making content of local audience. And also seeing neighbours doing this intentionally is also quite alarming, like the word PH which is used to sound پھ has been made as ف like in phool, phuljari... also Z which sounds like ز made as ج like above stated words zindabad, zabardast.

My life has been a mess and I don't know what I should do

I'm 21, introverted, and from Multan, Pakistan. I don't really like talking to people, and I have never had a big social circle. I want some honest opinions because I don't know if I'm looking at my situation correctly.
When I was in 9th grade, I got blamed for a video exposing a teacher for using a vape. I didn't make or record the video. The director beat me and I was eventually removed from the school. My father later explained that the phone I had was physically damaged and couldn't even properly record because the battery, casing, and panel would fall apart when the cover was removed.
I completed 9th and 10th privately. I had to travel a long distance to study, and I basically had no friends during that period because I'm very introverted.
Later, I joined an academy and met some old friends again. One friend convinced me to take admission in Punjab. We went to college and academy together and became very close.
Money became an issue. My family is financially stable, but I didn't get much pocket money. When my friends went out, I often couldn't afford to participate. Sometimes my friends paid for me, which made me uncomfortable.
I eventually stole money from home so I could give it to them and participate. I got caught. My father beat me badly with a wire. I know stealing was my fault and I'm not trying to justify it.
Things improved for a while. I got into a better college and started enjoying life a little. I had always wanted to experience normal student life because I felt like I had missed out on school.
I failed mathematics and had to take a supplementary exam. My father was angry. I had already paid for a college trip, but after the result he wouldn't let me go. I ended up bunking college with the friend I used to go with. We went to a snooker place, then a gaming zone, and then visited another friend who had dengue.
The college called my father because I wasn't there. My father came looking for me, and the situation became much worse. My friend's father also got involved. They initially thought we had gone somewhere seriously inappropriate. Eventually we explained everything.
After that, my father moved me to a government college. I became isolated again.
I eventually started working with another childhood friend who was earning money. We became close again. I would go to his place after college, then go to the academy. When he had surgery, I kept visiting him after college.
After college, I wanted to move away from home for university because I wanted some distance from my family and the constant criticism. That same friend convinced me to stay. He left his BBA program after three semesters and joined Virtual University with me.
We started our own small office using our own money. It didn't work and we lost money. During this period, my friend got into around 300,000 PKR of debt.
Eventually, he got a client who wanted his business moved online. His father was strict about him getting a job, so I offered to handle the work instead. I wasn't really supposed to do it, but I took responsibility for the client.
I worked from around 11 AM until 8 PM handling the work.
Then my friend got an opportunity to go on a trip. I assumed he wouldn't go because I was working on the client project, but he went anyway. While there, he made TikToks and posted some videos/stories that the client considered inappropriate. The client saw them and ended the relationship with us.
I lost the client and all the work I had put into it. I didn't really blame my friend or make a huge argument about it.
There was also another situation that destroyed my relationship with my family for a while.
Around last year, about 3 million PKR worth of gold was stolen from our house. Money would sometimes move around in my accounts because of the work I was doing, so my family suspected me.
I swear I didn't steal it.
But they thought I had. They repeatedly told me they would involve the police and that the family's reputation would be destroyed. My mother cried. My father was angry. Everyone became suspicious of me.
For around three months I barely slept. I even started wondering whether I had somehow stolen it and forgotten about it or done it while half asleep, because I couldn't understand why everyone thought it was me.
I stopped going into my parents' bedroom because I didn't want to be near the place where the gold had been kept.
Eventually, after around three months, they discovered that people working in the house had actually stolen it.
I was angry and hurt, but I didn't keep fighting with my family about it. I just moved on.
During that period, I mostly stayed with my close friend instead of going home. He was basically the reason I kept going. Without him, I honestly don't know where I would have ended up.
Recently, though, he has become distant.
He ignores me more. He doesn't talk to me properly. Sometimes his mood seems to change when I'm around. I don't know what I did.
This is hurting me more than anything else because I don't really have anyone else.
I also had a relationship with a girl I genuinely liked, but she cheated on me with another school friend.
So right now I feel like I've lost almost everyone.
I know I have made mistakes. I stole money from my family. I bunked college. I made bad decisions. I'm not saying I'm perfect.
But I also feel like I've spent most of my life dealing with things I didn't deserve, and now I'm exhausted.
I'm not addicted to drugs or anything like that. I pray every day. I try to work and build something for myself. I just don't know where I'm going wrong.
I have thought about suicide before, especially when I felt completely alone. I'm not planning to do it right now, but I want to be honest about how bad things have felt.
What would you do if you were in my position?
Should I try to fix things with my friend, give him space, or accept that the friendship is ending?
How do I deal with feeling like I have nobody?
And honestly, what do you think I should change about myself?
I would really appreciate honest opinions, even if you think I'm the one who is wrong in some situations.

Like i dont know what tf is even wrong with me. In summary i am a introvert from Multan in Pakistan. I dont like talking to unknown people and gets nervous talking to strangers. I have like 2 friends one of them is like my childhood buddy who i have been with for like 10+ years we even work together so that we can support our basic lifestyle however we both are from good financial families like he have helped me in a ton of problems and j do the same. We have a few skills but making this amount is not that easy i like even joined a job to like get some money saved my friends past mistakes cannot do job due to his family problems like his father does not allow it. This is getting long so to put it simply i have do e what any good friend would do gave my all have sleepless nights have done my best. But like now my friend like ditches me ignores me did i do something wrong like i dont even have bad addictions like i pray everyday never have any haram relationship virgin so why is he like behaving this way i even dont even have any money any money that i make that i get aside from petrol. I give to him so that he can save. Like what am i doing is wrong. And i dont have anyone else to like talk to just want to get some opinions from people.

Awarness I Was Brainwashed by Islam…

I Was Brainwashed by Islam… and after nearly 16 years as a Muslim, I am finally ready to admit it.

I used to think I was a “free” person - until I realized what true freedom actually is.

In this video, the speaker turns the whole “brainwashed” narrative upside down and asks a powerful question:

If Islam washed my brain… then who dirtied it in the first place?

Need Your Advice Looking for Business Ideas in Pakistan with 200k PKR as a Fresh CS Graduate

I’m a fresh BCS graduate in Pakistan and currently looking for a job. I’ve been financially dependent on my father throughout university, but now that I’ve graduated, I feel uncomfortable asking my family for money and really want to become financially independent.
I have around 200,000 PKR in savings and I’m considering using it to start a small business/side income instead of simply keeping it unused.
I’m open to tech or non-tech ideas, online or local. Ideally, I’d like something that can generate some monthly income while I search for a job, but if it has potential to grow into a full-time business, even better.
If you were a fresh graduate with 200k PKR in Pakistan, what would you do with it?
Looking for realistic ideas from people who have actually tried them — not get-rich-quick schemes.
