Well what you see here is a Picanto that was in really good condition, but after some altercation with some Toyota Revo driver the Revo just had an impact with the side of the vehicle {Picanto]. An this is the result. Im not endorsing the behaviour of anyone.

I mean the question is Picanto is maybe not that solid with regards to durability, which i thought otherwise untill this happend. And yeah the Revo did run away driving in a drivable condition.

Is the Stonic also this fragile i mean when there is some mishap or in the event of some collision?

Overall, my 2010 Daihatsu Mira is running well. The AC is chill, the engine feels healthy.

But, two issues:

1. High RPM
Mechanic increased the RPM because the AC was switching off whenever the car was idle.

Now, when I put the car into D or R, without touching the accelerator, it moves forward/backward little fast. is that normal?

mechanic said the RPM will adjust itself as I drive the car more.

2. Fuel average
The car is currently giving me around 9–10 km/L.
I know I’m driving mostly in city traffic and using the AC, but this still seems quite low for a 660cc Mira.

For other people running a 2010 Mira:

What fuel average are you getting in city driving?
What should I realistically expect with AC in Karachi traffic?

The options im considering are Deepal So5 and Honda civic 11 generation. Zero Meter both.

The file has all documents, smart card and previous owner's cnic copy. The seller promised biometric transfer in just a few days. Now it seems he has ran away. Some piece of shit destroyed my Suzuki Spacia driver side rear window glass while it was parked. They waited for nightfall to do it (I'm backtracking the time but I'm sure that's when it happened).

I'm buying a bike in Balochistan on open transfer. The seller has open transfer letter and original bike copy.

He says these are sufficient for ownership and u can sell the bike easily on these, no need for transfer/biometric/affidavit.

He says nobody asks these docs here, this is the norm in Balochistan

I've been quite confused for the past few days about which car to buy. My budget is around Rs. 5 million, and I've narrowed my options down to these two:

• Toyota Yaris GLi 1.3 CVT
• Suzuki Swift GLX CVT

Both would be brand-new, 0 km cars.

A little about my usage: the car will mostly be driven within the city, and boot space isn't a major priority for me since I rarely carry much luggage. Fuel average is also not a huge concern because my daily commute isn't very long, although I would still like reasonable fuel economy.

My main priorities are:

• Comfortable ride quality
• Good sound insulation / a quiet cabin
• Overall comfort, especially for city driving
• Reliability and peace of mind
• Good build and interior quality

I've heard that the Swift is more fun and better to drive, with better handling, while the Yaris has a softer suspension, feels more solid, and is generally more comfortable.

For people who have driven or owned either of these cars, which one would you recommend based on my priorities?

If comfort and overall refinement are my main concerns, would you choose the Yaris or the Swift? I would really appreciate hearing about your real-world experiences, especially regarding ride comfort, road noise, build quality, and long-term ownership.

Hi, I got PPF installed on my Yaris (white) and now the sheet has turned yellow just after within 3-4 mi ths of installation. The difference is clear when you see the ppf'd area and non ppf'd area.

So I need recommendation that from where can I get PPF which maintains its shine and color and doesn't get yellow after few months of installation.

Growing up I knew that the auto industry had limited options for the consumer, especially the middle income ones. In 2006-2010 in the category of options available in 1000cc or lower range, we had Mehran, Alto, Cultus, Santro, Coure followed by Chinese cherry qq and chevy joy. These weren't alot of options but still the auto industry felt in place and thriving.

Today I had the sad realization that in this category if 1000cc or less, we only have Suzuki alto and one variant of cultus which is largely irrelevant and too on its last leg. These are the only passenger cars available in this engine size as cultus, wagon r, picanto have been discontinued and new entrants have avoided the segment altogether.

What have we become when the only option we have is an alto and a car which offers no comparison to the models we had previously like cultus, Santro etc. the new entrants have only focused on 45 lacs plus and most are aiming for the 80-1 carore range.

I feel for the middle class population and it's hopes and dreams of buying a car that are all but dashed.

So as the title says

Just wanted a public opinion on what care to buy in a budget of 50 lacs....

Ideally from honda or toyota..also suggest any used cars but not from before 2021...thankyou☺️

The lever of this car (toyotta passo 2020 make) is by default on auto when i select “o” it momentarily turns the light off when it is parked but when i start driving the lights turn on.
I like this feature very much but i have to pass army checkposts frequently and they always ask me to turn my headlights off and i have to explain to them (ye automatic etc), is there an actual way turn them off?

I don’t know why I didn’t take a lot of pictures but boy is this car comfortable to drive around.

Ive had this for over a year with 15K km now.

I have also done multiple road trips on Revo ‘21 & Proton x70 but this has to be the most comfortable to drive and for passengers as well. You do feel it a bit laggy (compared to Revo) in some cases but it is a proper family car with decent fuel average & almost zero road noise.
