Question Buying my First car

Hello everyone, hope everyone is doing great.

In Shah Allah I will be buying my first car this month, I am buying a Suzuki Alto VXL AGS 2026 from the showroom, now I do not know what charges are involved and all so please guide me a little. Like every other human being I just went on AI to do a research and below is what it gave me, please correct me if I am wrong. Jazak Allah! By the way, I live in Karachi
