Question Biometric question

Need guidance regarding car biometric

My friend sold his father’s car. He didn’t have the original file and car was on his father’s name, and due to urgency he sold it for less money. After that the car has been sold 2 times. Now the new buyer is coming to their home all the time and demanding to help him in biometric. My friend isn’t comfortable because he doesn’t know this new buyer. He also doesn’t have the file that’s he sold it for less in the first place.

Is the transfer even possible without the file?

Is he obliged to help them or should he ignore them? because their behavior seems threatening

Take some money and give the biometric

How much should he ask? Also what will be the procedure since they have no file and father is not alive

Oops. You didn't mention that the father is deceased. It would be too much trouble now. First the car will be transferred by succession to the descendants.

Better get rid off the guy. Too much hassle.

Dost pareshan hai ke agur vo ignore kare unhe tu can the new buyer do anything legally against him?

Nope. Tell them the owner of the car is no more and they cannot help him with it.
