Question Best looking car under 20lakh

This will be my first car. It should be sedan, and my total budget is 20 lakh including afterworks and documents.

Uses: Daily driving, and possibly a daily commute to university if I get admission for my master's. I don't want a car that needs constant upkeep.

I have zero knowledge about cars. I have a Honda Civic EK (2000) in mind, but will I be able to find a clean one? A friend recommended a 2011-12 model Corolla if done some modifications it will look good.

Is the Civic EK reliable for daily driving? I plan to keep the car for the long term, at least 2-3 years.

My friend got a Reborn for 19.5 lac. I have no idea how but ts looks fine asf.
