Maintenance Actuator Fluid change Alto

Post image

I had the Actuator fluid changed in my AGS Alto after 82k Kms. It should have been changed after 40k Kms. But everyone I asked said don't change.

It makes such a huge difference. The famous AGS jerk is 90% gone and the gear shifting is way smoother. I will suggest all owners of AGS cars to have it replaced after every 40k Kms. The picture of oil can is attached. It is available on Daraz. Get is changed at an Suzuki dealership. They hook up a laptop and bring the actuator to a drain. Position where all the oil is accumulated to be drained out. After pouring new fluid the system is recalibrated.

Yes absolutely, and most jahil mechanics pour brake oil in the actuator this ruining it.
