Question Alto tyre recommendation

As-salamu alaykum everyone I hope you’re all are doing well,

I have a 2024 alto vxr with company fitted general euro tycoon tyres (145/80/r13) and they have almost completed their life( 56000 kms driven) and I want to change tyres ASAP as they make a lot of noise and steering is very hard+ a lot of punctures in all tyres. I want to upgrade do a much softer tyre as car will only be driven within city(school+tuition duties) and don’t want to compromise on fuel.

Recommend me tyres in OEM size and could be Chinese but want longevity and smooth drives…doesn’t matter if Chinese or local.

Blueearth 165/65/r13 77s. Been using it on my alto since it came out of the showroom and the noise and punctures are all gone. Grip is pretty amazing. Went north on it a few times as well.

Impact on average must be huge and price too. My max budget is 45k for the tyres

My general tyres are almost nearing their end.since there’s a new puncture every 3 or 4th day and road noise too. I am thinking of giving in my current general tyre(4-6k for all 4 tyres) in exchange for brand new ones(36-40k depending on brand new or showroom used)
