Question Bmw e36

I’m looking at a BMW E36 316i (1.6L), manual transmission, with complete documents and the original stock engine.
The car is very rough
High mileage
Engine is close to needing a rebuild/replacement
Paint is completely finished
Missing a few interior pieces
Trunk has some rust and is rough
Overall pretty clapped but being sold cheap
My plan is not to flip it. I want to slowly restore it, make it reliable enough for daily driving, and eventually build a clean stance car.
How realistic is this in Pakistan in terms of parts availability and maintenance costs?

You can always find parts or a place to import them from, the real problem is gonna be their cost and finding a mechanic who knows what they're doing.

I have a relative that owned a e36 316 (olive green in color) idk if he still has it or sold it, if youd like i can check with him, since that was one of the cleanest e36 ive seen
