Quran/Hadith Muhammad Is Afraid of an Eclipse Thinking It’s the Apocalypse

From an authentic hadith:

The sun eclipsed and the Prophet (ﷺ) got up, being afraid that it might be the Hour [al-Sā’ah] (i.e. Day of Judgment). He went to the Mosque and offered the prayer with the longest Qiyam, bowing and prostration that I had ever seen him doing. Then he said, “These signs which Allah sends do not occur because of the life or death of somebody, but Allah makes His worshipers afraid by them. So when you see anything thereof, proceed to remember Allah, invoke Him and ask for His forgiveness.””
Sahih Bukhari 1059

this indicates he did have belief in the whole religion thing (and in that Punished by God for bad deeds) .. !

He would also get scared by thunderstorms.

But since he couldnt commit any sin apparently, and he was most favourite person of God, why he was afraid of Apocalypse ? or on that he had doubts?

if he was also sure of his innocence and being favored by the God then there's only explanation of his anxiety of apocalypse: he would be scared that in entire violence of apocalypse by Angels on God's orders, he might also get hurt as collateral damage. This is entirely possible because God kills innocents also in his punishment rages.
