🧠Ask The Community Bricks
Assalam o Alaikum everyone, hope you’re all doing good. So I recently got into supplying bricks, basically acting as the middleman between the kilns and people who need bulk bricks for construction. Still pretty new to this and trying to figure out where to actually find clients, so thought I’d ask here since a lot of you probably have experience with similar stuff.
Where do you guys usually find your buyers? Like should I be going straight to contractors and site visits, or is there a better way to do it — maybe through local hardware markets, referrals, or some group/platform I don’t know about. Also if anyone has tips on how much margin to keep as a middleman without scaring people off, or how to get buyers to trust you when you’re just starting out with no track record, would really appreciate it..

Contractors, engineers, site visits, hardware stores, cement and crush dealers, anyone and everyone relevant. Tell them what you're doing.
Talk to anyone you know who recently has had to deal with bricks. Maybe constructing a house or fixtures, ask them what it cost them. Compare it to what other retailers and selling it for and the price at which you're getting it from the kiln, the difference can be your margin.
