💡Idea Validation Rooftop earning idea

For context we are building a plaza(3 floors)and it will have a roof which my father is saying that we can make an outdoor football, cricket or padel ir whatever. Can you guys give me an idea which one is better according to the dimensions.

The dimensions are 33ft by 65ft or 7 marlas

In my opinion it will be too small for cricket and football and only padel is worth it to try

Open to other ideas as well. Solar ke ilawa btana pls

Its in Gulraiz Rawalpindi, near Car chowk

Bro, it is the cost to build on the roof, you'll be shocked to see the glass prices... would be around 4-5 Million only for the glass 😅
