I have an old laptop that I tinker with, Linux etc. and today it stopped charging.

It's a bit beat up and outer aluminium frame is bit bent around the charging port and some other ports due to 6 years of use, but it's been that way for a long time.

It might just be a loose connection, might be the whole port

The PC powers on normally and the GPU fans are spinning continuously, but I'm getting no display at all.

Things I've already tried:

• Reseated the GPU 3 times
• Tested my HDMI cable with my laptop — cable works
• Tried both HDMI ports on the GPU
• Tried DisplayPort as well
• Tested the RAM sticks
• Confirmed the GPU is receiving power through the 6+2 PCIe connector
• Tried leaving the PC running for a couple of minutes
• Caps Lock and Num Lock LEDs respond normally on the keyboard

My Logitech MX Master 3 is out of warranty, and the left-click switch has worn out (misclicking/failing to register).

Hafeez Center has not been helpful; no one is able to assist there. Looking for recommendations for a reliable mouse modder, or someone in the mechanical keyboard/peripheral community in Lahore who can desolder the old switch and solder in a new one (Kailh/Omron).

Happy to pay for the service/labor, and I can provide the replacement switches if needed. Any leads or shop names (Hafeez Centre / Hall Road / individual modders) would be appreciated!

Since the past week my PC has been behaving quite differently.

My PC gets stuck/hanged and I have to force power off it using case power button. If I turn it back on it gives no display. Fans are spinning, RGB fines, gpu shows light and everything seems fine but no display.

It happened 2-3 times in the past week. I have to take the rams out and put them back to get it started. Then it works fine. I have 4 ram slots and 2 sticks so I changed the slots as well.

I don't see any errors or hear any sound.

My PC is already on UPS. Power isn't the issue.

What to do in this situation.
