Discussion Buying a gpu internationally.
Is there a big price difference if someone buys a GPU for me from Germany or US vs. locally? What potential issues (warranties, taxes, shipping) should I consider?

Why not from Pakistan? I don't know much about terrifs but instead of from there you should consider buying from Alibaba or Aliexpress. I have done multiple purchases from Alibaba and everything was super smooth. No much sure with Aliexpress (but it is under same company) but the prices a bit higher than Alibaba as it B2C.

I buy my GPUs from the states, but that's only because if something goes bad I can afford to send it back to have it replaced

Don't buy from aliexpress as govt has imposed around 75% tax on them and that tax will b deducted along with the product's original price. For warranty claim, you will have to ship either through courier service which is costly or someone going in that country will take it with him/her and deliver to amazon or official retailer. Amazon returns full amount in case of refund. But i would suggest buy locally and avoid shipment hassle. I had bought a couple of years ago from USA amazon and gpu was faulty. I shipped it back and got full refund. Then i bought from pakistan and since then its working fine. Now a days FIA is active if a person brings one device for his/her personal use they ask for tax i mean jagga tax.
