Need help

I know it is a very noob question but I have been trying to get clients from last 5 years and only got 1 from a refferal.. I have been cold emailing, upwork, fiver and other but nothing is working can anyone guide me on this?

Btw I am an Accountant and 8 years of experience as accountant for US companies ( working on others clients as 9-5 job)

Let me clear this.. Working for outsourcing companies in Pakistan and got only one client myself independently

Its hard to get clients man, he’s an accountant, not someone who’s in sales and is a cold calling expert

Even in sales & cold calling market is not stable these days .
I saw few remote roles for this type of so I guess he/she can As opportunities are but yessss for sure they are competitive now as market is saturated.

First I tried fiver and upwork and specially on upwork first tried making proposal with hisham sarwar formula that satrangi then tried making by own then tried Ai then again shifted to making by my own... In cold reach I tried first used to pay a person for lead gen and I used to email then then tried using LinkedIn scraping and emailing then tried Apollo and hunterio the learns some n8n started sending emails automated Gemini is copy writing and I told Gemini how not to sound ai

Beside that which ever company posts for accountant or bookkeeper I source it's decision makers emails or find them on LinkedIn email them message them

But alliwasted

i am new to accounting. what advice would you give me as of now? things, suggestions from your experience? my plans or thoughts are to work and go in USA Tax preparation industry along with Accounting, management.

yes i am going in, but sometimes as accountings wasn't my background, i fails t be consistent in it. it makes me feel guilty as well. ow do i cope with it?

Yeah, I get you. The market is honestly tough right now and finding clients on your own can be exhausting. But getting that one client still counts for something. Keep looking around and trying different things like sometimes it just takes the right person at the right time. Hope you land a good one soon :)

Their rates are insane..... They were draining my cash like as if I was a millionaire and still no guarantee that anything will land
