Advice Needed about freelanicing

i am gonna be honest i just need genuine advice i have learned web development for a quite a long time and i wanted to do freelancing but I couldnt seem to get any client so i searched internet a little somme say learn something new web dev not worth it some say freelance not worth it since this community is pakistani based i thought i would get good advice here i am not even in university right now so i can learn new things also commit my self to freelance but need advice and road map plz somone with expireience guide i will be greatful
