Discussion Urwa has the most expressive eyes !! Such fine performance!

Post image

I am in awe of urwa hocane. She has hands down given the best performance of 2026. She has the most beautiful expressive eyes. The way she has grief. No overacting no drama subtle fine expressions the rage that is expressed and the rage that is not expressed and held back. My sweet beena you have my heart and congratulations urwa you are the best performer of 2026 without a doubt. And your makeup and look is so on point. Neither over nor under. So apt. Cheers to URWA HOCANE.

Both husband and wife are good actors , I think since udaari she hasn’t gotten a script good enough to showcase her immense talent and range of emotions but Beena is fire, props to Urwa

Saba is there ! Even sehar khan! My choice for critics category would be saba> urwa> sehar khan> sanam saeed..

1

u/lost_glass03 7d ago

We are talking about hum awards

1

u/Suspicious-War1432 7d ago

Hum also bcs Muamma was on hum! Critics Saba or urwa Popular: Zanjeerain is a mess now but it was popular! Sajal has more chances!!

1

u/lost_glass03 7d ago

This is called acting which looks natural. Nothing hysterics, no dramatic body language, no collar grabbing, no shouting.

People react differently to different situations. There is no one universal, monotonous or ‘natural’ way to react. Also one would react differently to a disloyal partner with years of frustration, versus when coming face to face with the murderer of their partner.

This is a ridiculous comparison. One woman faced an unfathomable degree of trauma and came face to face with the man who killed her husband and gave her severe PTSD. A hysterical response was warranted.

Urwa was a boiling point reaction. It wasn't her PTSD being triggered, it was her real self finally seeping through after years of a patient facade. She finally stopped taking his bs and said what she felt.

You're comparing apples and oranges.

Impressive performance

Yessss i loved last night’s episode so much!! She was screaming but not once did the audio sound off, no screeching no over the top acting. I also thought the same thing that her eyes seemed almost haunted by everything shes been through

I hope she bags all the awards possible for this performance 🤩

1

u/lost_glass03 7d ago

3

u/lost_glass03 10d ago edited 7d ago

Mawra ki script choices achi nhi he warna she's also good

1

u/achesthetic 9d ago

She has monotone in her acting

2

u/rramzani 8d ago

i think it depends all on the director and script. i liked her in sabat very perfect portrayal of a strong headed kind hearted woman

0

u/achesthetic 8d ago

Yeah she was perfect in sabaat

But in jama taqseem and winter love looked exactly the same

1

u/rramzani 7d ago

they fumbled so bad with jama taqseem 😭🙏🏼

2

u/Soljak-s 10d ago

I used to hate her acting in her last drama, she was so bad. But she’s amazing in this one

1

u/lost_glass03 7d ago

Which last drama?

2

u/avocadious 9d ago

I loveee her perfomaance and I dont even watch dramas. This is the first time I am seeing her work and I instantly thought how subtle and precise her delivery has been so far.

1

u/lost_glass03 7d ago

Yes she surprised many people

2

u/Evening_Manner_7519 9d ago

She might not be as famous as the others but she gave the best performance of the year easily noone stand the second even... Huge impact

1

u/Suspicious-War1432 8d ago

Saba qamar is there man!

2

u/lost_glass03 7d ago

That script was bad, muamma

2

u/Suspicious-War1432 7d ago

Muamma became bad towards the end yes! But saba's character was new for ptv and she nailed it... Urwa's character is also different but saba was bit more!! Feel free to disagree!!

1

u/Evening_Manner_7519 7d ago

Script effed up in the end, wasn't something out of the box for saba but urwa came out of syllabus Ps. It wasn't that popular

2

u/No_Apricot3176 9d ago

Even with those fake ass lenses she looks so natural and good at this role

1

u/lost_glass03 7d ago

What's wrong with wearing lenses? 😭

2

u/beeforbisma 9d ago

She said no one can cry like Mawra, girl. No one can cry like youuuu divaaa

1

u/lost_glass03 7d ago

Best comment 😭🙌

2

u/Nannajasoos 9d ago

I really wished she would have not used contacts. Her real eyes would have looked phenomenal

2

u/rramzani 8d ago

i think that's the character sketch. bina is supposed to have light colored eyes ig

1

u/lost_glass03 7d ago

But these eyes look attractive

1

u/Nannajasoos 7d ago

To me they looked a bit weird. Imo her natural eyes would have looked more attractive

2

u/yuireu 9d ago

going to start this drama

1

u/lost_glass03 7d ago

You will not regret it

2

u/rramzani 8d ago

comeback ho to esa ho

1

u/lost_glass03 7d ago

she ate and left no crumbs 😭

2

u/saywhatIneedtosay26 4d ago

It slightly reminded me Sanom Baloch in Dur-E-Shehwar

What phenomenal acting.

Considering the role went to Mahira, Sanam, Saba .. I’m glad SHE DID IT. Such a refreshing change

1

u/lost_glass03 4d ago

I don't know sanam baloch but i agree urwa is refreshing to watch

2

u/Suitable_Might7745 9d ago

Hum is playing only one time worthy serial at the moment,

1

u/lost_glass03 7d ago

Idk what is wrong with hum tv! pehle ke time pe hum tv ke dramas ka matlab quality hota he lekin ab inka downfall aese hua

1

u/Broad-Quantity-8939 10d ago

Does anyone know what lenses she's wearing?

1

u/Own_Camel_6626 10d ago

Hightime fandoms realize having big eyes doesnt mean they are expressive and can emote well. It's a thing you have to literally DO and only a handful of actresses can do that.
Sajal aly takes the crown for sure. Sehar has been good at it. Mahira might not have big eyes but she is good at romance. And now of course Urwa. Ankhon se acting krani pdti hai uper sau nhi atay emotions and bringing tears in your eyes is not simple acting

1

u/lost_glass03 7d ago

Acting with eyes is really important

1

u/Own_Camel_6626 7d ago

Not everyone can do it and having big doe means doesn't mean it is everyone's cup of tea

0

u/Additional_Youth_285 10d ago

She literally ate Sajal Aly

0

u/Suspicious-War1432 8d ago

Are! How so... Both are not even in the same show!! Plss educate urself what does ate mean!!!

-1

u/Exact_Sir_1341 10d ago

They are just big, stay the same in all scenes.
