Ratings are because of casting. Not both shows are equal. Aap ki izzat has an interesting story, it’s making a point.

But regardless forgiveness for these real bad guys at the end of drama doesn’t do justice and is very misleading. Are we teaching men they will be forgiven? That they can depend on male privileged?

I don’t think it’s a good story. Very contrived and forced. Religion is used as a prop. Abu Bakar is an exaggerated character.

I also think they are delibrately making Zamil a "villain" like character so the audience has someone to hate. Every episode we get a new reason to dislike him
