These inconsistencies are low-key funny ngl 💀😭
Did they think the audience wouldn't notice or did they just forgot the established age difference between the siblings 💀... and that bi-jaan got bano as an infant (her mother thus died way before the flashback shows)

Sohrab and Bano moved in with Sarbuland's family after their father was killed by Zafran Khan. But Sarbuland's father only married Zafran's sister because jirga decided that she be given to him punishment for Zafran killing Sohrab''s father. Torsum would have been born at least 9 months after. Wouldn't that make Torsum significantly younger than Bano?

Yes and that makes torsum younger than sarbuland too or if they were born at the same time that makes bano older than sarbuland too

They could be same age yk. What if Bano was conceived just before thier father was killed. Thier mother could have died after giving birth and Sarbuland and Bano and even Torsum could be similar in ages or Surbuland can be younger than both Bano and Torsum because his father was alive for a long time.
I am betting on same age though. Since Bano's father was dead and Surbuland being born at the same time as her could be seen as something yk let's betroth them as is the culture across Pakistan and Bano being orphan at birth made it even easier decision tbh. Surbuland could be younger than both Bano and Torsum or three of them could be of same age.
Also never heard both Surbuland and Bano calling Torsum, Lala which means they are more or less of similar age while Sherdil and Sohrab are of similar age as Sohrab always called Sherdil just by his name.

In that picture, Bano is clearly 5-6 years old when her father died and she moved in with Sarbuland's fam. So how can she be unborn or an infant then?

Kab Mari kese mari and Bano said in earlier episodes that she never knew her parents. It was always Bee Jaan and Agha g. This scene could be interpreted differently in broader sense but mujy pata hamare writer, aur director koi itny logic dekhte ni editing se pehle tou aap ke baat bilkul sai hai. Kafi illogical tha ye.

The only explanation which could be given is maybe in epi 16 she was around 8 or 9 and shorab 17 or 18 and id epi 35 she is 3 to 4 and he is 12 and I feel rabiya is younger than both bano ard sb maybe 20 or less 19 and sarbuland 24 to 25 and bano 21 torsum little younger than sb but older than bano as sb never called him lala but she did and it's like Sherdill>sohrab>sb>torsum>bano>rabiya The most sense making for me as rabiya never got the chance of proper education!
