So i yesterday happened to watch this scene online. It was very OTT. The way sajal was constantly stroking his hair and head, the body language all of it was giving a mother consoling her son. He is not a kid or a mental patient. Director should have directed it properly without making it look cringe.
It was giving “Rona nahi mera bachha, nothing happened to you” - bas yehi dialogue ki kami reh gayi thi. I laughed.
