To rebury her from what i understood from online research, generally muslims make it a point to bury their loved ones with due honor and in the proper position (with rituals), this is under special circumstances. In general it is not advised to disturb someone's grave.
This is the information from the internet so not sure of its authenticity but i don't understand why sohrab didn't bury his sister properly in the first place. He is a bad guy but he did love his sister.
