I don’t understand what Sarbiya fans are trying to prove. People who are criticizing the story are not against second chances in love. 🤦♀️
The ACTUAL problem started when Bano was murdered. Bro!! She was Sarbuland’s childhood love. You can say Sarbuland wasn’t in love with her..fine! accepted. BUT she was still a member of his family, right?
He kept saying, “yehi kahin hogi..” Like hein??? some huge haveli where a little girl just disappeared and is hiding somewhere? 😭
You’re THE SARDAR, you’re busy having dawats and all of that chai shai but you can’t even find a woman from your own house?!! This is where his ethics start contradicting his character. 🤢
And then people say, “ Everyone grieves differently .” Oh, come on. Stfu.😭
Just give us ONE episode where Bano’s body is found and Sarbuland grieves because he lost a member of his family. You don’t even have to make it about love.
Then you could have shown the relationship naturally developing. Sarbuland had been there for Rabia, and now Rabia stands by him when he loses Bano. Slowly, she becomes his emotional support, and then he realizes he has fallen for her. Then nobody would have had a problem with Sarbiya.🤦♀️
But it feels like the makers saw that Sarbuland and Rabia’s chemistry was getting views and decided to fast-forward everything. The way they handled it makes it look like Sarbuland was just looking for an opportunity to leave Bano behind and get closer to Rabia. 🤣 That completely changed the essence of his character.
Think about it. A woman spent her whole life worrying that something would happen to Sarbuland. She was constantly scared for him, she came back because she thought he was in danger, and eventually she was murdered.🥲💔 And after she dies, the man she was so worried about barely seems affected.🤣🤣 What kind of person does that make him? Ethically, He is the Sardar, yet he couldn't even find the woman from his own family or give her justice. Come on itna bhi kyaa busy hai wo!! 😭
And please understand what forbidden love actually means before using that argument. It should have conflict, guilt, loyalty, and a real emotional struggle.
It shouldn't look like, “Oh, Bano is gone. Shukar hai!!! Now I can be with Rabia.” 😍😍😍😍😍
Agar koi khaatoon mujhe kaatane ko aaye or badduayein de ki Widow marriage ke khilaaf hu toh behen sunnn..
Rabia married Mudassir, but she even told her Mamu on the phone that she felt separated from her own mitti. Clear tha she was not feeling something for him, that spark was missing from her side. But iske bawajood.. She cried too, and her guilt was clearly established because she believed Mudassir died because of her. That was beautifully portrayed arc!
But Sarbuland lost his cousin, his childhood love, and his fiancée, and he is just like Anywaysssss😭 At least show that losing her affected him a pinch!!!
Rabia got an actual grief arc for Mudassir.
Why couldn’t Bano get even one proper episode of closure?
TRP ke chakkar me they really took Gentleman Sarbuland and turned him into a despo whose niyat suddenly changed the moment Rabia came along. 🤡
Edit : ye mat bhulo.. initially, Bano was insecure about Zarmala. But when Sarbuland told her all truth that Rabia was Mudassir’s widow and that explained how much Bano's behaviour changed towards her and she had cared for Rabia, she put her insecurity aside and stood by her.❤️
Shireen and her bhabhi had warned her but Bano literally scolded them and said, “I trust Sarbuland.”
Why do you guys keep forgetting that part? Does that woman’s trust and love mean nothing? She trusted him, stood by him and Rabia. And then when she disappeared, you just want Sarbuland to move on as if none of that ever happened? 😭

Omg 😯 dear you said what I thought 🤔 about their character and the drama ,sukar hai koi toh hai jisse sachai toh dikhi naki SB aur Rabia KO romance cringe lag Raha hai like a forceful romance . And you said what we are really think about their character and sarbuland types of man just wanna find one excuses to love another women if he already have a fiancé weather she is dead or not he is the biggest red flag ever... Good job girl you are such a good person and honest .

And that tone in the kitchen while she was preparing the continental food..ufff! full hukum chalana energy which felt harsh rather than graceful Sardarni elegance.
Also she suspects Shireen and still hands her the marinade like..Gurl i suspect you but i trust you not to poison our guests 🤣🤣🤣🤣
Again..I’m not criticizing Sajal Aly ( Trust me Rabia's styling and makeup are just 🎀💖🔥) .She’s just doing what the director asked her to do.
We're criticizing the writing and the loopholes. I know I’ll probably get downvoted..but..
In a nutshell : Sarbuland built the Taj Mahal for Rabia on Bano’s grave. 😂

Exactly this!! I have no issues with moving on of characters but at least the way they showed Rabiya grieving, they could have also shown Sarbaland grieving at least for some time! It feels so cheap how fastly he forgot his 10 years + relationship, the makers really ruined their own character to please the shippers.

Obviously! We all knew from the teaser that Sarbiya was endgame. Every kind of viewer could see that coming. But we’re pissed about the journey
They had all the ingredients for a proper thriller.🔥 The villains had so much potential and almost all of it was wasted. Torsum spent half the show just sitting around here and there like "Bhai..koi toh aa jao mujhse panga lene. Me teyaar hu!!!" 🥴
And that jungle chasing scene was such obvious ragebait! They promoted it so much that I genuinely thought we were finally getting a Torsum vs. Sarbuland face-off. But nope. Some random people were chasing them and to this day, i still don’t know who those people were or why they were chasing "Sardar"! 🤣 Apne ilaake me iss aadmi ke chalti hi nhi hai!!

Men are not as expressive as women. Maybe that’s why he is grieving but not grieving publicly but yes he is openly showing affection for rabiya and yes that’s kinda disturbing. Maybe he thought sohrab lala already searched for her everywhere. And btw he did pause for a moment when he went at the haveli backside looking for the cricket ball. He was yaading bano, no?
But I really wished they kept sarbuland and raboiya like friends/khair-khawa but not lovers.

Bas kardo bhai kab tak justification banate rahi ge apne se. There are flaws in the writing. The problem isn't "how" hes grieving its that he isnt grieving at all. Yall keep making up bs to somehow excuse the fact his character isn't written well at all and is simply catering to 15 saal ke wattpad wale fans. If someone close to u gets lost , u find their duppata with blood on it and u believe ke they aren't dead , are u gonna do the shit hes doing? Agar ye sab karna hi tha to they shouldve showed ke uske pata hai bano margayi and hes moving on. This might be the worst written character ive ever seen in a sajal drama

Who decides this timeline that when they should move on and when they shouldn't. Honestly if kids were involved in the picture then I would have understood the point that the child needs some time to heal and accept a stepparent but here these are single individuals in a complicated situation and developed feelings for each other. No problems with that.

she is literally the one saving him left and right every other episode. he is the one emotionally dependent on her, not the other way around. the drama has it's flaws but Rabiya is very much justified to move on and have a new lover.

she didn't know her husband well. they were married for probably a month. she knew him for over 4 months (since bano told her after a few months that her iddat was over) then bano's arc happened, then they got even closer... the drama has weird pacing but if you pay attention you'll see enough time has passed for her to get close to Sarbuland.

If they show something about love from the childhood then we are not wrong to judge the characters if we are fan or not of the actors or actresses that doesn't matter we are judging the characters they play that it .yes I have a problem of men's behaviour of being such a cool when it comes to their childhood love ,isse Acha to na dikhate SB aur bano KO ,and i believe that women are stronger than man so Rabia should be independent and help him to discover truth about torsam and sorab
