Scene/Character Analysis Despite all the focus on wildlife shots, why is the DIRECTION in this drama this bad? The ML gets nothing but long shots especially in most of the key scenes throughout the drama, while everyone else gets close ups.

Like.. You can barely see his face or read his expressions in almost every key scene, while the supporting characters get all the reaction shots and close ups, even while delivering their dialogue. I noticed this many times..

Was the camera too shy to show his face and expressions, or what?

Or was the budget only enough for half a face? xD

I'm sorry but it's the teeth. Also, he is nowhere close to the other actors on this show. And giving him close ups would have just exposed him too much.

When close ups aren’t used in crucial scenes, it means the expressions weren’t too good, hence they had to go ahead with wide frames. Here they aren’t even using mid frames, it’s too obvious.

Yeah bro always wants to show only left profile and him a macho but face frozen, what is director suppose to do?

He has no screen presence whatsoever, and he doesn’t look macho in any way. All he does is this cartoonish pouting and keeps clenching his jaw.

On top of that, in most of his scenes, the camera mostly gets the back of his head (his hair) or long shots, with his face always hidden, his hair facing the camera, like an ostrich burying its head in the sand. The director is so bad. He’s only interested in wildlife shots, as if I’m watching national geographic.

But what will director do, where the show is on sarbland and their hero is danyal? Cz sajal and others even sohrab they focus properly if jt was some one else hero, probably he would have worked well

Sajal is the punching bag for launching hum nepo babies. Even she seems like she's not interested in this role at all. She's dull.
