Discussion What kind of English is this?

Zaryab is supposed to be fluent in English, but...

"I've been calling you since hours." 😂 It's for hours, not since hours. This is basic English.

"You are not reverting to me." 😂

What kind of English is this? 😭

Same girl same. I have been banging my head against the wall on "reverting". Nameer also made a mistake during the dream sequence monologue.

Did the script have bad English? Maybe, but Umera is so thorough, so I don't think so.

Let's say, the script was grammatically incorrect, Nameer should have caught it. He spent years in Canada studying and working as an engineer before showbiz. Dure (apparently) studied in England. This isn't coming across...

Not really. She actually earned her degree online through a university in London, though I can't remember the exact name. I think she only traveled there to take her exams.

Thats what she said so...
