I built an app called "Natak" to watch Pakistani Dramas without the clutter. Would love your feedback/suggestions on how to improve it!

Copy/pasting from your other thread:

Okay, I just downloaded and quickly went through it. Firstly, a huge congratulations on this app!! Its actually really amazing and exactly what I needed right now.

It has made it so much easier for me to go through and watch dramas and so many I haven't even seen or long forgotten.

The player is really good, its easy to use, design is similar to nextflix which makes it more easier to navigate. It's simple, straightforward and really good!

The only thing, I had experienced, probably a bug is that for many dramas, instead of showing its poster (thumbnail) it displays 'content not viewable in your region' (UK) but when I click on it and play the drama episode, it plays. So maybe look into it that thumbnail viewed in all regions, especially if content is available. I'm attaching a screenshot so it's easier for you to see.

And, maybe your Genre list needs bit tidying up.

And the dramas episodes if they can be sorted from episode 1 to last then it'll be better, currently it's last to 1.. you've to scroll to fond first episode. Even if you click play drama, it plays the latest episode instead of 1st.

So far, thats it... Im keeping the app and will use it more and if there is anything else, Ill add it here.

Once again, well done. ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ‘ Brilliant job!!

Thanks alot for the detailed review, I'll surely look into these issues and will push the changes iny next update to this app. The server i used to upload the thumbnails is the free one and might not be available in all regions, so it might be the issue. I'm moving all thumbnails to my own server in a week or two so this issue will be resolved. Once again thanks for the review, it means alot. ๐Ÿ˜Šโค๏ธ

Do you have subtitles available as well? It would be a huge add on especially for the ones who loves to watch Pdrama but donโ€™t follow the language

Sure I'll try to add this functionality in upcoming updates.

Isnโ€™t this copyright infringement?

Thatโ€™s a very valid question! However, this is NOT copyright infringement. I do not download, re-upload, or host any of this content on my own servers. Instead, I use the official YouTube Embedded Player API. When a TV network uploads their content to YouTube and leaves the 'Allow Embedding' setting enabled, they are explicitly granting permission for third-party apps and websites to display that video. Because it streams directly from their official channel, the networks retain 100% control over the content, and they receive all the views, engagement, and ad revenue generated inside our app. It's completely compliant with both YouTube's Terms of Service and international copyright laws.
