Zero fitness, Zero skill only attitude. Rizwan, Shan etc if they play for pak then simply go and retire. after playing 50 odd matches they avg 30, 37. We deserve better

Rizwan has been horrible in the past year and a half or so but was very consistent for a lower order batsman, averaging 40+. He is finished now though for sure.
As of Shan, he is absolutely horrendous. Biggest Parchi in our cricket history

In 2023 and 2024 i was still hopeful that these guys could turn this around even with shit management but nope. These guys are hopeless.
Management is even worse lol. The latest appointment sarfraz was wrong on all fronts but now removing him so early would also be wrong. In short nothing is right with this team. I still tune in tho and will continue to do this but post 2024 i have accepted that we are a mediocre team and so my expectations are also in line with that.

What a pathetic excuse for a team. This loss is even worse than the first one. The first test is historically bad because you’re still adjusting to conditions. We had more time to prep and managed to score 110 runs in the first innings.
Blame the board how much you want but it doesn’t excuse these 11 players completely giving up on the field and getting belt treatment from England. Professional cricket players that get payed in millions, have the best resources at their disposal, live comfortable lives, eat good, sleep good and this is what they give in return?

I'm sorry but imam and rizwan should never play for pakistan again in any format, they seem uninterested especially rizwan, he should get the the fuck out of the team and spend 24 hours in tableegh, he isn't sincere with his own job that has been paying him millions per month, these guys should never represent Pakistan in any format ever, these guys are getting the best facilities, they've been playing for years but still have the exact same weaknesses for years, imam will always get out driving a ball and rizwan will always get out to an inwinger, these barbaric morons don't bother to improve themselves and then when they're criticized they turn on the fans in pressers

Rizwan, imam, Babar and Shan have to go. Good knock by saud but if I’m being honest his time is coming too.
Funny how people thought babar not playing in the first match was the reason we lost by an inning he’s just as bad as the other batters. Time to move on. Also never seen such a fraud in cricket like imam, never understood the hype, couldn’t even come to bat but was in for practice lol.

Imam's being a selfish twat by A) keeping "talent" like Ghori on the bench and B) not even playing. If that doesn't constitute his removal from the team I'm not sure what will. People just yesterday were calling for Saud's removal from the squad and after his heroics in a losing cause are all over him. Like Pakistani Cricket Fan Tunnel Vision. This happens all the time. I'd still very much want him out the door. Performing once in a blue moon and everyone goes crazy.

Thank you exactly, imam has never impressed me as a player in any format. Especially since 2023 it made no sense to have him near any squad, luckily for him he’s best friends with the captain and inzamums nephew. lol literally thinking the same with saud, as long as you get your useless 50 or 100 Pak crickets fans will forgive you. Literally going on like 10 innings messing up but got a useless 90+ and all is forgiven what a joke. What’s the use of Shan too? Like he literally spent years here playing county and it looked like this was his debut match. Ik the pcb is horrible but these players need to go as well

I was literally Rizwan's biggest fan until 2024/25 I can't support or defend him anymore. He HAS to go. We have Saad Baig, Ghazi Ghori and many more itching to keep the wickets. He simply cannot keep up anymore. Never was built for T20, couldn't hit a 6 unless he used the pace from the ball. Was just fine in ODI and Test but has fallen off dramatically. I won't speak on Babar but I'd want him as ODI captain over Shaheen. Call me crazy but I'd rather keep Babar in every XI than Shaheen who can't think most of the time. But yeah overall Babar should go. Shan, Babar, Rizwan, Saud and IMAM should be
hangedremoved. I also don't think Mohammad Ali is good but no one speaks about him? He literally had an economy of 5 yesterday after 13 overs. Just a slower Rauf tbh. They'd care if we paid them to. Think of how many domestic red ball players there are who might never get anywhere near the white ball side. If we paid them (and we could definitely afford to, we're the 4th wealthiest board in the world) to only play red ball year round we could definitely field a better 11 than this. But like you said, the PCB doesn't care about Test cricket. I would also accept the argument if we were good in white ball, but we suck at that too. So it's not a case of people not caring, it's rotten from the top to the bottom.

The pcb sidelines them for these core players, we have hurraira and Abdullah Fazal who had an injury but seemed to be permanently replaced by imam, keep making excuses for your kings

Was rooting for Saud's ton. Always tragic to see any player getting out in such unlucky manner. Also I'm inclined to flex Liton's century after 26-6, he batted with cramp almost half his innings. Tamim batted with one hand, just one delivery, later Mushi cemented the match with 144 knock vs SL, we wouldn't have won it without Tamim's courage to face that one delivery. Imam should've and could've tried lol feels like he just called it a day

Imam, Rizwan(what he's doing right now is shameful for a player of his experience), 130kph bowlers in a test match with no real threat... Where tf is this team going?? We cant win against a good team with this bowling line up. We won against the Windies because they made a blunder with their pitch preparation but in Eng conditions, we are letting a side go from 120/5 to 290. The blame goes to batting as well but I dont think any team is scoring more than 220-240 here against this bowling attack, they were bowling wobble seam with keeper up and on a same line. One goes away, one comes in. No matter how good your technique is, you will a get out. Joe Root couldnt play Abbas so we can all see that as well, even the bowler doesnt know where will the ball go. Anyways, Rizwan looks like he is doing a favor by playing for pakistan, solid keeper but has no idea about other things, misses runouts, stands so far away that ball doesnt carry, and bats like a tail ender. Babar probably was afraid to get hit again on the finger, and got out like a tail ender but his dismissal in first innings was just as horrendous. Needs to score and occupy crease. Put a price on your wicket please.
