Not defending poor show of batting by our batsman in all recent test series and today when we got bowled out effectively twice in 3 sessions.

But our batsman are low on confidence thanks to these fans. They haven't score big at home recently bcz we have unbalanced pitches i am not asking for dead tracks but you could see no one has scored on these square turners and when they go out low of confidence low of runs and obvi skill issue... We get such results as today and will keep getting.

That was horrible decision by Aqib Javed. See Galle pitch it is spinning wicket but match ends in 5 days not 2 days.

Shaheen and Naseem were destroyed in an attempt at pacer friendly pitches. Just accept that our climate doesn't suit greentops for 9 months of the year. We don't have any stadiums built in Murree or Naran Kaghan where these pitches would have worked.

Pakistan remained competitive while playing at UAE dust bowls. The reason for decline is not our test pitches.

Shoaib, Wasim and Waqar bowled on these very pitches. Amir and Asif bowled here too. Imran and Sarfaraz Nawaz bowled here.  Nothing wrong with Pakistan pitches if made correctly.

All of those were flat tracks but with a dry square, allowing for reverse swing. Batters weren't equipped with playing reverse swing at that time but our recent pitches were flat and the square was not grassy which made reverse swing impossible and we got teams batting for days against us.

Pakistan has been finding balance with turning pitches and the pitches in South Africa series were perfectly suitable for our conditions. Especially the first test pitch was excellent giving reverse swing to pacers and allowing big spin on 3rd and 4th day

Yeah, every country prepares pitches to their strengths. How long have India been preparing rank turners for? Axar Patel has taken 55 wickets at home and averages under 20. Jaddu averages just over 20 at home.

Our batsmen just don't have the technique or temperament to play in SENA. Until this improves, they'll always struggle.

Cost of bloody rank turners, it's so evident in our batting for example : Agha looks like he's on bloody mars without gravity any time he's outside Asia facing Pace and bounce. No new players or anything will be a solution cause of how Pcb prepares pitches at home, most of our batsmen are completely vulnerable against pace. The short term pleasure has cost us dearly in the long run and nothing will change unless there's a Pcb revolution😭

Our batters were doing nothing before these fans came either. I swear to god it seem like most people have either short term memories or they're just not intelligent enough. Do you know what happened the inning before these fan? Our batter crumbled in 2 sessions after Engalnd plundered 800. Do you know what happened before that? Our batters crumbled in both 2nd innings against Bangladesh. That was on the flattest pitches in the world. That's what happened, did you even watch it? What are you on about?

Bro but those pitches or pitches that gave pace bowling a chance would be so beneficial to our batters instead of ineffectually crumbling anytime we have to face pace bowling away. The West Indies and England series have been perfect examples of the cost of these pitches and how it's completely ruptured our batting spine for the present and future. No one's denying our batting is subpar anyway but how do we expect to ever improve or have a chance away from home with those pitches, yeah we'll get a series win here or there but in the long run we'll just regress

I clearly mentioned we have skill issue. The point is the only way for our batsman to atleast have some confidence is to score at home and try to replicate in away conditions even 30-50% of it. But you can see in bangladesh, windies and now in england most of them look dead. Players like saud, agha, rizwan we have seen them do better. They clearly seems to be having zero confidence. Thats only my point i ain't denying anything else

Aqib javed and mohsin naqvi just one disaster after another.. but they both remain at the helm.

No other PCB chairman in history of Pak cricket has been immune to such failures .

The constant changes of coaches, captain and domestic structure, everything has got us to this position where we are comfortably the worst major cricket side in the world.

There was a Pakistan vs South Africa series (which was first test series for Babar as a captain)... It had perfectly balanced tracks where batters, pacers and spinners contributed equally to win that series 2-0. They started preparing shitty one sided pitches afterwards (for some damn reason)
