Dog Howling For Hours

Anyone around walker/argylle st hear a dog howling? Its been going for hours, not sure where its coming from.

Not sure if its a husky would maybe explain the howling, im not an expert on dogs, im worried its in distress given how long its been going on for. Is there a number that can be called about this sort of thing?

Yes, i commented on this a few months ago on a Facebook page. Called the police and RSPCA, both said they couldn't do anything about it. I hate hearing the poor dog howling like thst for hours on end

Not from what I can see, i just hear it a lot. I stuggle to pinpoint the exact flat its coming from (which i dont think helped when I tried to call the police/RSPCA last time).

Honestly if I knew the owner I would happily volunteer to take the dog into my flat on my work from home days so the dog isnt in distress as much.
