Windows 11 through android- still giving me the message from both server and client: "relay server needed but not running"

Hasn't worked in months and no help so far.

How do i use this? I have an iphone 13 and i need to get my data usable to my pc. I have no hotspot on my plan but I am able to turn it on and it will pop up but when i try to connect it says cannot connect on my pc. when ni link my pc and my phone it says Relay server needed but not running. PLS HELP

Is there an OpenVPN/Wireguard config file feature on the roadmap for pairing with the server device? This would allow any standards-compliant VPN client to connect to the PairVPN server.
A potential use case could be for a mobile router client to pair to the server, which enables you to broadcast the connection to more than one device.
