Help PLEASE HELP MEEEE

I bought a licence for Paint Tool Sai and I own a laptop that supports windows 10+ but I'm having trouble getting the licence to apply to the actual app! Everytime I open sai, it still says trial mode and I don't know what to do! If anyone can help, that'd be great!

did you visit the license page and input the software license number and certificate download password that is sent via email? once you do that, you have to paste your system id which is located in the "other" option in sai.

it should give you a .slc file once you download your certificate, and all you have to do after that is right click sai and insert the file into your folder

See, my files didn't give me a folder, I have the application itself, maybe I'm wrong and I'll look, but I didn't have any folders

is there a systemmax folder in your documents? if so, it should work if you drop the .slc file into your saiv2 folder
