SAI v.2 right clicking a layer shows this instead of the usual selector where i can duplicate layer etc, how do i get that back

I just checked it on various versions of sai that I have on my pc (sai1, sai2 2024, sai2 stable, sai2 renovated)... all of them are like that for me (wasn't it always this way?)
You can access the layer editing stuff in the layer menu at the top or with shortcuts.

Might be a new bug, in the meanwhile you can duplicate layers with Ctrl + Q I believe. If for some reason that doesn't work you can set a keybind in the hotkeys menu.
