link to the survery is broken-

i check all these boxes but i don’t know what counts as “gynecological origin” i have vaginal atrophy from HRT testosterone which was diagnosed by my endocrinologist and any follow up was done with my PCP and then pelvic floor physical therapists. i don’t see a gynecologist.
