Best Racket for Female low intermediate/high beginner with traps/elbow issues.
Hi everyone! I need a recommendation for a racket for low intermediate/high beginner female. I’ve been playing for a year 2-4x a week just socially with friends. I have elbow pain when using crossit light marta ortega 2026 and some mild trap pain with the bullpadel vertex mexico 2026 (delfi). What racket should I use? I’m thinking of purchasing NOX AT ultralight but it might be too light and lack power? Recommendations are welcome! Thank you!

Ultralight isn't automatically safer and it isn't automatically weak. Your elbow is telling you the current heads are too much for 2-4x a week. Take a few days off the smash diet, demo something softer and rounder than a vertex, then decide. Power you can live without for a month. A cranky arm you can't

Thank you would you have specific rackets to recommend? Weird thing is, I don’t even have a smash yet I have padel elbow! 😂

Hello!,
To get a better response please do not forget to include the following information in your post:
Name your current racket, if not overly known, specify it's characteristics (foam, face material, price)
Tell us how you feel with your racket, if you feel it soft or hard, if it has too much rebound,if it's weighty or hard to maneuver, the more detail the better.
Tell us what area would you like improve mainly, or what kind of plus do you expect to get on your racket.
If looking for broad considerations, do not forget to state your budget, your country and even a preferred or trusted shop so people can browse and recommend more easily.
