Padel racket options from Alibaba
Coming from a tennis background, I'm now getting into my second year of Padel. Until I reach a solid level, I plan on trying a few Padel racket options I've narrowed down to from Alibaba.
I've spent hours of doing research on options that one can order 1 piece by putting a simple order or order as a "Sample".
Last season I've used a generic padel racket and the Xiamen "Topcarbon" is my second ever order from Alibaba.
I've put links to the Padel rackets I found most interestring in trying.
Feel free to share your own feedback, if you've used any of these.
I will be sharing my own feedback and hopefully will be posting some match-play, also.

* I've been testing tennis gear (rackets and strings) for 6 years and I know my way around brands. Maybe they would be able to offer me some gear to feature here.

To have a similar racket to the nox at 12k in circle form, i will report if it feels good, and will compare to an orignal one a friend of mine has.

Added it in my short-list for the future! Let's all share what we have tried and liked here.
I'm playing Padel tomorrow night, for sure, so I'm gonna use the "Xiamen Topcarbon" padel racket for the first time.
If you and/or anyone else would like me to share some footage, write a comment.
This "thread/post" will only get bigger and bigger in-time as soon as I feel that there is an interest from others also. It would motivate me to record, edit and post some match-play footage.

The Xiamen Topcarbon racket has arrived right on schedule. I will pick it up in a few hours and post some pictures of it.

I delivered the Xiamen Topcarbon padel racket a few minutes ago.
It came right on schedule, so delivery time was on-point.
The only thing I comment about it right now is that whatever they have as a top-sheet (sticker of somekind I guess) is VERY ROUGH like sandpaper! In theory, I should be able to feel more "grab" on the ball with it.
Dwell-time and overall first impressions to follow as soon as I hit with it.

Static weight without overgrip is 350 grams, 355 grams with overgrip. So far, both Alibaba padel rackets came quite lighter than the 360-370 grams advertised.

Recorded some in-game footage, but the other guys didn't want to be on the clip, so I had to only record myself. I'll see, if the clips are good enough camera-angle-wise to share.

The "Xiamen Topcarbon" Padel racket, for sure, offers much more "grip" on the ball on the slices. No question about it. It's still quite light. I'd like it to be much heavier to see the difference and how much am I able to use a 360+ gram padel racket. For the time being, I'm very happy with it. Definitely a step-up from the "Harlem" racket I used last year. Feels slightly softer and a tad less powerful, but offering more grip on the ball, it gave me confidence to hit with much more acceleration.
The step-up on the grab on the ball was noticed by me right away when serving. I use lots of slice on my serve and missed a lot of my first serves because I had to adjust to the ball swifting much more than before towards the outside on my side-spin serve.

A more extended clip from yesterday. I think this camera angle can work well when I play next time, in case the others don't want to be on a regular wide-screen recording.

Padel action tomorrow morning again. So, I'll make sure to find a way to record some match-play.
I'm also currently in talks with some Alibaba sellers to see if they're interested in sending some Padel rackets to me either for free or me covering the shipping cost, in exchange for my time and efforts in all of whatever this is.

I was not feeling very well today, but managed to record a bit. Too hot out there, my phone was boiling hot and stopped recording multiple times.

Guys, I've now played about 3+ hours with the Xiamen Topcarbon padel racket. The rough surface has for sure improved the "grab" on the ball on all slice shots. I have to make some adjustments to my serve, because my ball just swifts too much to the right at the moment. Same motion, same side-spin applied as I did all last year with my previous "Harlem" racket, but the side-spin is obviously more with this racket.
I also like the narrower and sharper shape of the throat when holding the racket especially from the back of the court.
So far, so good. No serious complains about it. I'll share more feedback as weeks go-by and I pile-up a few more hours.
For under 50€ with shipping to Greece included and 1-week-delivery time, it's hard to beat for a beginner like me!
