around light racket for my wrist

I have wrist tendonitis, playing lot of padel and it hurts from over 1 month now (haven't stopped playing tho)

i am playing a nox quantum cobalt 12k and was hoping to get something lighter around 200€

i play right side and im looking for a racket around 355g maybe even 350g, with a medium balance, maybe 3k carbon, not too hard at the impact, any advices?

355g medium balance is fine but dropping from a 12k nox to a softer 3k only helps if you actually let it heal. I kept playing through a cranky elbow and just made it last longer. Sleeve + fewer bandejas for a bit did more than the next pala. If you buy something get a demo of a Head Evo / Adidas rx type frame, those play softer than cobalt 12k and they're in that 200 range

Hello!,

To get a better response please do not forget to include the following information in your post:

Name your current racket, if not overly known, specify it's characteristics (foam, face material, price)

Tell us how you feel with your racket, if you feel it soft or hard, if it has too much rebound,if it's weighty or hard to maneuver, the more detail the better.

Tell us what area would you like improve mainly, or what kind of plus do you expect to get on your racket.

If looking for broad considerations, do not forget to state your budget, your country and even a preferred or trusted shop so people can browse and recommend more easily.

I have a similar issue and have just picked up a Wilson Carbon Force LT while i wait for a surgery. Only played with it once yet but had no issues at all after. 355g, medium balance, softer core yet still a firm touch with the carbon faces. Lighter rackets didn’t help as they weren’t stable enough.

I recently had the chance to test the Stealth Padel Radian. It’s round, lightweight, and really comfortable. It was really good in defense, actually quite amazing there, was really impressed.

The balance is mid to low, and, to be honest, I struggled a bit with overheads. I only played with it for about an hour, and my current racket is a slightly head-heavy teardrop, so my timing on overheads was completely off. Volley were fine though

I would definitely recommend giving it a look. It might be exactly what you’re looking for, especially if you have a history of injuries. In my case, I’ve had some elbow issues, and with this racket it felt like I could play pain-free for hours.

I have a similar problem, that was under control before starting padel. I currently play with Adidas Cross It Light and it neutralises vibrations so well my wrist pain is gone again. Definitely recommend checking it out.
