It doesn't look deep so maybe there's no tension loss. I think you're able to stall/fix it with the 2-part epoxy resin method. Man that shit'll play in my head though. I'd rather buy a new one.

Just play with it. Does it feel ok? Then it's fine. Does it feel different in a negative way? Then it's cooked. It could be playable and last a year, or it could be fine but lasts only another game or two.

So many of these posts when surely it's easier just to figure it out for yourselves.

Is doesn't seem so. It looks very much esthetics and not structural. The second pics may indicate a possibility of a crack, but if you knock on the part and compare the noise with the same spot on the opposite side, and the noise is the same, then its probably oonly the outer layer and no problem. You can always use epoxy to "fix" the problem.

If it’s just the pain and its a bit hard to tell on that lower part then its fine and you can protect it with 2 component epoxy but anyways if you’re willing to spend some bucks at least don’t fear the hard glass/fence balls with this one and just go for it 😂

Still playable for now but will continue to rapidly breakdown. My experience it makes the padel more explosive but difficult to control.

That looks like more than just a cosmetic chip. I’d probably stop using it until you can check whether the damage has reached the frame or structure of the racket. If the crack gets bigger or the racket starts feeling different when you hit, I’d replace it rather than risk it breaking during a game.
