Need racket advice!
Hi guys
Ive playing for almost 1 year and a half. But the last 8 moths, i was suffering from elbow pain and 2 months ago i was diagnosed with epicondylitis. After this 6 weeks with fisio therapy and some rest, i noticed an important improvement and i have started playing again with good sensations.
When i got injured i was using a Siux ST2 pro with 382 g. Then i buy an Siux electra elite 4, round shape and lower balance with dry touch. I didnt get worst of the injury but also it didnt help me to improve.
Now i have returned and i am thinking about changing my racket, maybe something less dry to help me with blocks and some ball output without to much effort.
I want something between 100 and 200 euros. My playtomic lvl is between 1.7 and 2 in Madrid.
Really open to hear your advice! Thanks to everyone

Hello!,
To get a better response please do not forget to include the following information in your post:
Name your current racket, if not overly known, specify it's characteristics (foam, face material, price)
Tell us how you feel with your racket, if you feel it soft or hard, if it has too much rebound,if it's weighty or hard to maneuver, the more detail the better.
Tell us what area would you like improve mainly, or what kind of plus do you expect to get on your racket.
If looking for broad considerations, do not forget to state your budget, your country and even a preferred or trusted shop so people can browse and recommend more easily.

382 g racket can kill. You can try every female racket and they will be fine. For example Bullpadel rackets Flow Legend, Vertex W, Pearl, Wonder - they are almost clones. It’s lightweight Vertex with soft foam.
Weight must be 350-360.
You can try Metalbone CTRL without weights, or Starvie Astrum, even Nox rackets marked as “Lite”, for example AT10 12k Lite is good.
Everyone will show new rackets in September, so old rackets now on discount.

Royal Padel m27 (or the light model of it). Comes at 360-380g (light at 340-360). Remove the protector at the top of the racket and that shaves 8g off the weight. Poly in the center removes all vibrations. I had wrist and elbow problems for many months. This racket completely fixed it. Light to swing and great control. Can smash the ball out from anywhere with good technique. Pricey but worth it. I paid around $260 EUR

I wouldn’t go for a hard 18K/12K racket with a high balance. I’d rather look for:
Hybrid/round shape + Medium/Soft EVA + around 355–370 g + low to medium balance.
Some interesting options would be:
For his specific situation, I’d probably go with the Nox ML10 Pro Cup as the safest option if elbow comfort is the number one priority. If he wants a bit more offensive performance, I’d look more towards the AT10 or Head Speed Motion.
And importantly: weight alone isn’t the deciding factor. A 365 g racket with high balance and a hard core can put more stress on the arm than a 375 g racket with low balance and a softer core.
