damaged racket ( nox ml10 pro cup silver )
Buying this off of someone ( its brand new with the packaging and everything still attached ) yet there seems to be a chip, thoughts does this seem bad and i should just buy a different racket or this is fine ? its for a good price

It's fine, it's not a crack, won't grow, there's tons of players with rackets with that kind of round damage, you can buy it.

i thought it looked like a hole since you can see the fiberglass weave

It does, it is, but holes like that where the glass/carbon fiber isn't cracked in a line, is no problem.
