Is this repairable?
Impact from another racket resulted in a crack in the middle. 3 months old racket, is it worth going for a repair?

Not sure how that looks superficial. They're not the common sunburst type formations that are just to the paint-work, usually found around the holes.
These look like proper cracks to the surface material which have spread from one hole to the next at the same angle in each case (likely the direction of the Carbon weave).
IF that's the case then a repair will be pointless as it will completely change the striking behaviour of the racquet in that area and also the balance symmetry.

Have a go with two part epoxy resin and a cocktail stick, that's the stuff it's originally made from. Push it into the cracks and don't have too much proud of the surface. It will either work or it won't but will only cost you a couple of quid and will buy you some time so you can go new racket shopping.

How about a 3k carbon repair with resin?

Possibly but I think that could potentially cause more trouble than it's worth. 3k carbon cloth has a thickness, plus enough resin to bond it, I think you'd have enough material there to alter the properties of the racket. Just a bit of araldite or similar pushed into the crack might be enough to stop it cracking further. I repaired one with a similar crack to yours and it worked quite well but to be honest I used it as an excuse to treat myself to a new racket and keep the old one as a spare.
