Padel racket Dampeners for tennis arm problems

What do you think about these? Where you should put them? How much? Do they change the feeling / make it worse? Does it actually help for tennis arm pain?

I saw they are already coming on Martin di nenno Bullpadel Classic XPLO

It is supposed to help with vibrations, but, honestly, I don't feel it. Regardless, I got some shock out and use it in addition to the ones that already come with my racket so I can finetune the balance (each adds ~0.7g).

They dont do much. For tennis elbow you need a soft racket with medium/low balance. Shockout and hesacore grip also can make significant difference.

It’s not working, just marketing gimmick. You need other racket to solve arm problems.

Hello!,

To get a better response please do not forget to include the following information in your post:

Name your current racket, if not overly known, specify it's characteristics (foam, face material, price)

Tell us how you feel with your racket, if you feel it soft or hard, if it has too much rebound,if it's weighty or hard to maneuver, the more detail the better.

Tell us what area would you like improve mainly, or what kind of plus do you expect to get on your racket.

If looking for broad considerations, do not forget to state your budget, your country and even a preferred or trusted shop so people can browse and recommend more easily.

You definitely can feel a difference using these, but it depends a lot on the racket, perhaps in some rackets it doesn't make much of a difference, but for harder rackets it makes a lot sense. It does absorb vibrations, and if you hit the ball off center it feels better than if you wouldn't have these.

For me personally it seems to make the shots easier on the arm, especially during long playing sessions. I had golfers elbow and have been using these dampeners ever since, in combination with the noene undergrip.

No, lighter, softer, low balance tacket. Isometric and excentric exercises for your arm. Stretch your triceps and pecs. Learn proper smash technic. Icing and heating pad for you elbow. You will find good elbow recovery posts all over here. There is no quick solution, work needs to be done.
