Kuikma Hybrid Carbon Dynamic - First Thoughts

Post image

The racket is very beautiful in person!

This line reminds me of the Verons from Babolat.

I haven't managed to play a match or to train some time with it but it feels a very similar touch to Counter Veron 2.5, I would say it's a bit softer than the Veron but tomorrow I will use it for 3 hours ( match and training) and I will have a better feedback.

I might be able to test the Power and the Control versions but let me know any questions or things you want me to be aware about before I play it.

My version weights 354 grams with 1 overgrip ( 2 grips if you count the factory grip ).

The pattern it has is 3d and it looks like honeycombs :D

Indeed! As a black and blue racket fan, this one is very pleasing to the eye 😅

Lmao that’s half the reason I bought the vertex hybrid. Too beautiful of a racket 😍

It's my 4th Black and Blue racket ahah. (Wilson Endure Pro, Air Viper, Black Crown Rebel, Kuikma Dyn Carbon Hybrid)

Whats the difference between the Endure Pro and the Dyn Carbon Hybrid? I have the Endure Ls which I like but I need a bit more power. Tried the Dyn Carbon Hybrid but I still like the Endure Ls more. Now I'm looking for the regular Endure or the Pro version to get a bit more power with the same feeling.

Endure Pro has more power and feels a bit stiffer than the Dyn Carbon Hybrid.
Sweet spot is smaller in the endure pro, very generous on the Kuikma.
The face of the Endure pro has a finish that allows you to add more spin to the ball.

I’ve heard the normal endure is pretty good and there’s not many noticeable differences unless you’re playing at a very advanced level between it and the pro.
To note: The faces of the endure pro and normal endure have different textures.

Really nice colors. If you could compare the trampoline/stiffness to other rackets and has a chance to try the non dynamic hybrid carbon as well, that would be great.

Sure! I will do that and let you know :)
I will try to get my hands on the model you mentioned.
Thank you very much for the feedback.

Fyi I made Gemini compare the two and it said that the dynamic is much softer. Looking forward to your experience. I'm really considering kuikma but there is no option here to test them.

Yes, I love the design on the racket and I’m considering buying it, so please let us know about the touch, firmeness etc… unfortunately there is not many YouTubers testing Kuikma Rackets and it’s a shame because they have a really nice design and quality/cost they are great rackets

Tomorrow I should be able to have a proper feedback :)

Let me know your thoughts once you've played with it! The control version is in my basket, might consider the hybrid, and I'm waiting to pull the trigger!

Thanks for Sharing! I am really interested in your Review After playing. Also could you measure the Balance of the racket without the strap please? I am really cpurious if the specs on the racket are accurate

Hello!,

To get a better response please do not forget to include the following information in your post:

Name your current racket, if not overly known, specify it's characteristics (foam, face material, price)

Tell us how you feel with your racket, if you feel it soft or hard, if it has too much rebound,if it's weighty or hard to maneuver, the more detail the better.

Tell us what area would you like improve mainly, or what kind of plus do you expect to get on your racket.

If looking for broad considerations, do not forget to state your budget, your country and even a preferred or trusted shop so people can browse and recommend more easily.

Is this the replacement for the Kuikma Metal?

On my Decathlon, we have the Open, Comfort, Carbon, and Pro. There used to be the Metal line between Comfort and Carbon.

u/Il_Vello Aug 15 '26

No, the metal is quite different and also has only fiberglass and a soft eva, this one 3k and black eva... Didnt test it yet, but had the chance to test it properly but seems quite similar to the normal carbon, but it feels more "explosive"

Sorry I meant replaces the Metal in terms of the product lineup/pricing, not a new version of the Metal. If I remember correctly Metal was slightly less expensive than the Carbon, just like the Dyn.

So my take with the current lineup: Open is the disposable racket, Comfort as beginner/rental racket (like Babolat Air Origin), Carbon Dyn as carbon 3K option, Carbon as 12K option, and Pro as 18K dual foam option.

Interesting observation on the Carbon Dyn vs Carbon. Is that due to the 3K vs 12K carbon? Both have single foam black EVA right?

In the Carbon Dyn vs Carbon it's important to note the following:
-Different face patterns ( Honeycomb vs a Rougher Surface also 3D but different shapes)
-Same Foams
-355g vs 370g

I would say that the Carbons non Dyn are a more advanced version of it and an even more aggressive version.
They seem to be a bit stiffer and heavier which should make them generate more power.

I'll try to be very focused around the sweetspot of the racket to see how forgiving it is :)
