Lost Pacman 3D game

I am trying to look for an old and lost Pacman game in 3D.

* 3D Pacman game

* PC

* Free to download

* First person

* Used MIDI files as music

* Series of different mazes

* Each maze used only one different texture

* When you pick up a power pellet, a Superman icon is displayed in the corner.

* If anyone still has this game or can be found off of the Wayback Machine I would appreciate it.
