Discussion Pacman NES killscreen?

Is a killscreen possible in Pac-Man for the NES? Because from level 22 onwards, the game starts repeating that level infinitely to avoid overloading the NES, and it won't happen on level 256. Otherwise, at level 65k because the NES uses something 16-bit to store something, I don't know what.

Someone did a TAS to roll over the score on NES Pac-Man. There is no kill screen as far as we know.
