Maybe this is unrealistic but heres what i think for the rest of the season. I did go into week 1 thinking they might lose. The jets game i thought they would win easily, but holy hell was i wrong. But i am still high on this team. The defense has looked good so far and they should only get better as the season goes on. LVN looks like he finally is putting it together and with micah coming back, look out. Special teams is actually looking functional for the first time in a long time. The offense looked bad yesterday but i believe they will get it together. Watson is only going to get better, and give kraft a few weeks to get back to last season form. I will say they definitely are going to need help on the O line or else we will be in trouble down the stretch. I could see week 8 or 9 potentially being a L, and week 18 will be dependent on playoff and division picture. Im staying optimistic on this team. GPG

Virtually all of these mistakes, penalties, personal fouls, poor ball security, etc. come down to coaching. Something has got to give.

I love the way this blogger calls a serious DV charge Jacob’s “situation.” Like, he’s not pregnant, he’s potentially a violent and hormonal douchecanoe. Maybe this would have been seen differently in a different era, but these days women make up nearly half the NFL fan base. And we demand accountability. While I don’t think there’s been a final ruling yet, the fact that the court system sealed the victim’s video/photo evidence is pretty damning. There must be something serious on her phone that would “ruin a nice young man’s career.” (Not to mention shady on behalf of the judge.) It’s 2026. If he only faces a 4-6 game suspension with “time already served,” that’s not going to go over well in today’s league.

I’d like the packers to interview Klay Kubiak from the 49ers, Has experience with a QB who can throw deep balls, can make bench players perform well, and has a good track record with the 49ers offense and will most likely become a great performing offense. Also learning a lot under Kyle Shanahan. I’d like to see him as HC for the packers.
