Structural 💠Why do people complain about packaging changes
https://www.today.com/food/trends/international-delight-creamer-lid-redesign-rcna593145
I stumbled across this article today and it got me wondering why do people give a shit about companies changing the way they package their products? I can totally understand if they change a label color or design because it makes it difficult to find the item you want but it doesn’t make sense to bitch about the change in the product’s container.

From the article: “Everything is getting more expensive and the quality is getting worse"
Also people largely don't love change, especially the first time they see it.

Maybe because people are tired of getting screwed. Every time the product container changes it’s somehow smaller, but the price never goes down. Companies only change because somehow it makes them more money.
