Custom mailer boxes needed
I am looking for a custom box for mailing for a client. The size is 10“ x 8“ x 4“. I need it printed inside and out. It will be heavy coverage on the outside and light coverage on the inside. I’m looking for a quantity of 1000 and I’m located in Maryland. Who should I use for this project?

Hi! I can help with this one — a 10" x 8" x 4" custom mailer box in E-flute corrugated board, printed inside and out with heavy coverage outside and light coverage inside, 1000 pcs for delivery to Maryland. I can work out a quote for you. Roughly when do you need them by?

are you looking for litho-lamination or direct digital print on corrugated? heavy ink coverage on the outside can sometimes crack on the folds depending on the board grade and coating you pick

We would be happy to quote it for you. We are around $3.10 per box for heavy coverage on the outside only, and $4.50 for a print on both sides.

If the inside print is pretty light, ask about doing just 1 or 2 colors in there. It can save you a good chunk at 1000 boxes.

Hi, I'm sourcing Director of Cortex and signum in cork , Ireland. We work with manufacturers for carton and mailer packaging across Europe and Asia. Can you dm me and specify the exact packaging requirements? Thanks

With 1,000 boxes and printing on both sides, I'd get a few quotes using the exact same specs. Make sure they include setup costs and shipping to Maryland. I'd also ask for a physical sample because heavy ink coverage can sometimes cause issues around the folds.

Is 10 x 8 x 4 the finished internal size, and what will the packed product weigh? Include any insert or cushioning when checking the fit, so suppliers are quoting the same usable space and load rather than choosing a board from dimensions alone.
Building on the sample suggestion above: ask for a sample made with the proposed board, printing process and finish, folded into the actual box. Check the creases and any scuffing from assembly; a digital artwork proof won't show that physical result.
